When calling the phone number on the member's ID Card it will give you a prompt to use this system, just follow the instructions. It will provide you with detailed claims history, eligibility, benefits on member in question.
Q: How do I use the online portal?
Providers - You will not need login credentials only Provider Tax ID and member ID to get into system. It will provide you with detailed claims history, eligibility, benefits CPT and Revenue code look up on the member.
Members - You will need login credentials that are provided at the time coverage was provided. There is a forgot your password and user ID in case you need to use this feature to retrieve your credentials. Simple to follow instructions will allow you to view your claims history and benefits.
